Mr. Kenneth Carroll

Mr. Kenneth Carroll serves as the Director, Transformation Priorities & Requirements, Human Resources Management at the Defense Business Transformation Agency (BTA). In this role, he works with both the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and the services to develop requirements and set priorities for human resources business systems within the Department of Defense (DoD).

Prior to joining the BTA, Mr. Carroll served as the Chief of the Army Defense Integrated Military Human Resources System (DIMHRS) Program Office, where he was responsible for the Army's DIMHRS deployment activities and for coordinating those activities with the BTA's Enterprise Program Management Office. Mr. Carroll also served as the Chief of the Army Integration Division, Army Human Resources Command. This role included responsibility for the requirements development, implementation and maintenance of systems and programs supporting the Army's recruiting, retention, records management and personnel missions worldwide. Mr. Carroll also worked as a Senior Manager at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where he was a key member of proposal teams developing information technology outsourcing solutions for a diverse group of major corporations. In addition, he led a multinational team developing outsourcing solutions in both Hong Kong and Singapore.

Mr. Carroll retired as a Lieutenant Colonel from the U.S. Army, where he gained extensive experience in logistics, systems integration, training and human resources. Highlights of Mr. Carroll's military career include managing the day-to-day information technology operations for the Joint Staff, establishing the Army Human Resources Command's first multi-component information technology division and numerous command and staff positions throughout the United States and Korea.

Mr. Carroll received his Master's of Business Administration from the Sam Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas, and received his undergraduate degree in business management from Southern Arkansas University.
